The most expensive varities of Scapolite is the violet varity wich before only comes from Tanzania but nowdays also appear from Afganistan. Also from Afganistan somtimes can find material wich have the Tenebrescent colourchange effect going from White to Orange to blue for a while before fade away back to white. This samples of Scapolite are expensive and very sought for by collectors. Also occur with catseye effect.
