Shipping
- Deliveries with an order value of less than 500 SEK are sent as regular mail with a postage of 50 SEK if the customer chooses this in the checkout process.
- There, the customer can also choose shipping by registered/registered mail, which costs 100 SEK.
- At Klarna Checkout, the price is 50 SEK, registered economy letter and 100 SEK, recommended/registered letter.
- Deliveries with an order value of more than 500 SEK are sent as registered/registered letter at RIDDGEM'S expense.
- Note that the above described are RIDDGEM'S prices for shipping when order values are less than 500 SEK.
Free shipping
FREE SHIPPING applies to all orders over 500 SKR (or USD/Euro equivalent) and includes registered mail. For packages exceeding 250 grams postage is free up to 100 SKR, weight over that might lead to additional payment if RIDDGEM ask for that.
You always have the right to cancel and open purchase when shopping at RIDDGEM
- You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you received the goods.
- If you’re not satisfied with your purchase you may return it in part or in full.
- You may exchange for products or a cash refund.
- When buying a lot (“parcel”), the entire lot must be returned.
- The goods must be returned in essentially the same condition as when it was received.
- If the return is approved, the amount will be refunded, including standard shipping paid by the customer. Any return shipping will be paid by the customer.
- Return your goods to our postal adress, Riddgem, Simon Ridderborg, Box 470, 116 74 Stockholm, Sweden.
- Also email us to sales@riddgem.se that your intention is to return all or parts of yours purchase.
- After return of your goods importent for us to know shipping number, please email us to sales@riddgem.se
- Refunds are made via the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
- To exercise your right of withdrawal, use the "Cancel Purchase" function on the website.
