When and how to get a coupon
- Usually, customers receive their coupon by email after a previous purchase.

- Coupon discounts are displayed in the order summary on the payment and confirmation pages in the checkout.
Redeeming coupons
- When customers add something to their cart and go to checkout, the customer will see a place to enter a discount code on the payment page.
- Once the customer has entered the code and pressed Enter, the coupon will be checked for validity, and if it is valid and not limited to what is in their cart, a message will appear on the screen stating that the purchase was successful.
- The total amount of the customer's order will be adjusted accordingly.
- If customers want to remove a coupon, they can enter a different coupon code or type "REMOVE" and press Enter.
