Terms and conditions for purchasing from us
We have built-in Klarna Checkout where you can choose invoice/partial payment/card/direct payment/apple pay/google pay. It is available as a quick checkout without logging in and also when logged in. It must be a Swedish address, Swedish as the language and Swedish kronor (SEK).
For Danish customers, we have Klarna Checkout where you can choose Card/google pay. It is available as a quick checkout without logging in. It must be a Danish address, Swedish or English as the language and Danish kronor (DKK).
For EU customers, we have Klarna Checkout where you can choose Card/google pay. It is available as a quick checkout without logging in. It must be your country's address, Swedish or English as the language and Euro (EUR).
For all customers, we have PayPal Checkout where you can choose Card/transfers It is available as a quick checkout without logging in. It can be used by all countries, Swedish or English as the language and with all our selectable currencies; SEK, DKK or EUR.
If you create an account and log in, there are the following ways to choose and pay with:
1) Nets Checkout (apple pay, google pay, swish, card, Klarna, PayPal). Can be used by all Scandinavian countries and with all our selectable currencies; SEK, DKK or EUR. As well as Swedish or English as language choices.
2) We have for all customers, PayPal Checkout where you can choose Card/transfers (it works without your own PayPal account if you want).
3) We have for all customers Advance payment, you will then receive an update with information so that you can pay by Bankgiro, bank transfer or Swish.
a) Advance payment within Sweden: Bankgiro: 5397-5868 (Riddgem) or Swish 1234906517 (Riddgem/Simon Ridderborg). We can also use the payment service www.paypal.com and send you a payment request from our PayPal account, you can then pay with your credit card. Request this by writing “PayPal payment request” in a message or email to us.

Other
The customer pays any transaction costs for transfers between accounts in certain cases. We reserve the right to invoice the customer for such costs.
We do not use and do not ship against cash on delivery.
When you confirm your order, you have entered into an agreement to purchase ordered goods from us. NOTE! Untriggered and completed orders may be charged an administration fee of SEK 300. In accordance with current consumer legislation.
The customer pays shipping and fees that may be added when ordering from our suppliers. This applies primarily to shipping costs for individual orders of non-stocked goods.

You always have the right to cancel and open purchase when shopping at RIDDGEM
- You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you received the goods.
- If you’re not satisfied with your purchase you may return it in part or in full.
- You may exchange for products or a cash refund.
- When buying a lot (“parcel”), the entire lot must be returned.
- The goods must be returned in essentially the same condition as when it was received.
- If the return is approved, the amount will be refunded, including standard shipping paid by the customer. Any return shipping will be paid by the customer.
- Return your goods to our postal adress, Riddgem, Simon Ridderborg, Box 470, 116 74 Stockholm, Sweden.
- Also email us to sales@riddgem.se that your intention is to return all or parts of yours purchase.
- After return of your goods importent for us to know shipping number, please email us to sales@riddgem.se
- Refunds are made via the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
- To exercise your right of withdrawal, use the "Cancel Purchase" function on the website.
